Who you are contracting with

The free tools

The checkers and the reference pages are provided as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. They read third-party public registers that we do not control and that can change, lag or go down. Do not use them as your only source for a decision that matters.

The paid desks

What each plan includes and its turnaround is stated on its own page at the time of purchase — for the EUDR desk: a one-off Evidence Pack (up to 500 parcels, delivered within 5 business days), a monthly Screening subscription (up to 200 parcels per month, evidence retained for 5 years) and a Compliance plan that additionally prepares due diligence statements and can file them as your authorised representative under a written mandate.

What you provide: accurate parcel coordinates or polygons and the right to process them. Our output is only as good as the geometry you send; garbage coordinates produce a useless verdict, and we will tell you when that happens rather than dressing it up.

What we do not promise: that you are compliant with any regulation. Compliance is an obligation on you as operator or trader. We screen against named official datasets and hand you documented evidence; legality-of-production checks and the statement you sign remain yours. Nothing we produce is legal advice.

Payment, VAT and cancellation

Prices are shown excluding VAT and are charged by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund rules live on the refunds page and form part of these terms.

Your data and ours

Your parcel data and documents stay yours. We process them to deliver the service and to keep the evidence you paid us to retain; we do not resell them or use them to train anything. The reports, tools, code and page content are ours — you may use and forward the reports freely inside your organisation and attach them to your own filings, but not resell them as a product.

Liability

We are a small provider and we price accordingly, so our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as fines, lost profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including fraud, gross negligence or death and personal injury.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes and material changes are emailed to active customers before they take effect. Spanish law applies and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights and the courts of your own country of residence are unaffected.

Plain-language note: these terms were drafted in house to be readable. If you need a signed contract, a DPA or a supplier form filled in, ask and we will do it.
