Refunds and cancellation

Paid plans of our apps are billed by the marketplace where the app is listed (Atlassian Marketplace or Shopify App Store). Cancellation and refunds follow that marketplace's process: you cancel by uninstalling the app or changing your plan in the marketplace.

If something went wrong with a charge, write to info@prometheus-agency.com with the account and the date, and we will help you through the marketplace's refund process.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the rights the law gives you on distance contracts.
